You must pay a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the cost of abaya. We will start the production of your abaya only after receiving the deposit.

• Kindly note that we have non-refundable policy, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item you purchased is defective.
• If the item is defective, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
• Please note that it must be a mistake from our side, but not you changing your mind regarding the color or giving us the wrong measurement (after your abaya is already has been delivered to you).
